The brief: Submit your best real-world case using the Double Peel method to treat acne or pigmentation.

We're not looking for a glow — we're looking for proof you solved a real skin concern, and a clear account of how you did it. The result matters. How you got there matters more.

Who can enter. Licensed skin pros with an active Mr. Lulu pro account, submitting treatment they personally performed on a real client. Mentors and ambassadors cannot enter — they're your judges.

What to submit, per entry

• Category: Acne or Pigmentation. If a case addresses both, enter it under the concern you consider primary — one case, one category.
• Before/after photos: up to 5 before + 5 after. Same client, same crop, angle, and lighting. No filters, retouching, or AI. Real, untouched skin only.
• Videos: up to 2, max 3 minutes each. Client testimonial, a walkthrough of your process, and/or an explanation of the results.
• Written case notes: the heart of your entry (guided prompts below).
• Client consent: confirmation that consent has been obtained through Mr. Lulu's standard client-release process — no entry is eligible without it, and clients under 18 require guardian consent per that process.

The rules that keep it real

• Double Peel has been used in the majority of treatments peformed (more than 50%).
• For instance: If 2 treatments have been performed, then both treatments must feature the Double Peel. If 3 treatments, 2 Double Peels minimum.
• At least 2 Mr. Lulu home care products used to achieve results.
• For this challenge, we will stay away from using non-ablative, fractional and ablative lasers in any treatment.
• If microchanneling or microneedling have been used, they can only be minority treatments: less than 30% of treatments.
• We are more interested about how you use the Double Peel, your hands, and holistic approach to unlock results vs. pairing advanced devices.
• Before/after shows genuine, resolved or clearly improved concern — beyond instant post-treatment glow.
• 2 weeks minimum, 4 months maximum between before and after photos.
• Case took place October 2025 or later. Nothing older.
• Matching shooting conditions — inconsistent lighting or angle undersells real work.

Entries per pro. Up to 3, each on a separate form. Split across categories however you like.

Authenticity. the results are real, you performed the treatment, the photos are unedited, the timeline is accurate, and client consent was obtained. Falsified entries are disqualified.

How winners are chosen

1. Finalists (~Aug 5): mentors and ambassadors score every qualifying entry against the published rubric and select 3 acne + 3 pigmentation finalists. Any judge who advised a specific entry recuses from scoring it.
2. Community vote (Aug 8–22): finalist cases are presented on their merits — case notes and photos foremost, pro identity de-emphasized until after — so the vote rewards the work, not the following. Voting is restricted to verified pro accounts, one vote each.
3. Winners (~Aug 29): one Double Peel Master per category.

• Skin analysis — how you assessed the concern 25%

• Holistic approach — lifestyle, homecare, coaching beyond product 15%
• Clarity & educational value 10%
  

75% is your reasoning and teaching value; 25% is the raw result. A modest result explained brilliantly can beat a dramatic one with no reasoning.

Prizes:

• Winners (2): $1,000 store credit each.
• Finalists who don't win (4): $300 each.
• Non-finalist entries used in education material: $50 product credit, once per pro.

Credit terms: valid 6 months from issue, non-transferable, redeemable on Mr. Lulu products, combinable with pro pricing.

Mr. Lulu may adjust finalist numbers, merge, or extend timing if a category receives few qualifying entries. Judges' decisions are final.

What a strong entry looks like:

• What was the client's concern, history, and skin type? How did you analyze it?
• Your full protocol — products, percentages, order, frequency, number of sessions?
• How you used the Double Peel specifically, and how/why you adapted it over the series?
• What you changed beyond products — homecare, lifestyle, triggers, expectations?
• What the client experienced, and how you managed it?
• What you'd do differently next time?
