When should I use the serum?

Use the HA B3 Powder Serum morning and night after cleansing, before moisturizer.

How much water should I use?

A small splash of water is enough. We suggest using a bit more at first. The more water you add, the more diluted the product becomes. Once you’re familiar with it, you can adjust the water to create the strength that best suits your skin.

How quickly should I see results?

Most people see results within 3 days when used with a Mr. Lulu Face Oil. Results may vary based on your skin, previous products, and what you pair it with.

Can I use retinol or acids in my routine?

Yes — you can incorporate retinol or acids into your routine. If you’d like to skin-cycle, the Retinal + Azelaic Powder Serum works beautifully for this. We recommend getting comfortable with this product first before layering or introducing retinol, so your skin adapts smoothly.

Is it suitable for sensitive or compromised skin?

This formula is not recommended for impaired barriers or highly sensitive skin. If your skin is currently reactive, inflamed, or experiencing barrier disruption, allow it to recover first before introducing this product.
