Renika Francis is a Caribbean aesthetician, educator, and integrative skin specialist based in Port of Spain, Trinidad.

She is the CEO of Star Naturale Beauty and The Aesthetician Plug. She became the first aesthetician from the Caribbean to become a member of the International Association for Applied Corneotherapy.
